Pricing of Our Services

Pro-Marketing offers three contracts:

The Full Service Contract

• 65 days of calling - holidays excluded (additional days can be purchased)
• 2 hours per day and 5 days per week (additional hours can be purchased)
• Weekends excluded
• We handle all administration work for the agency
• Ex-dates are sent to agency after calls

Pay As You Go Contract

• Retainer is received
• Sliding scale -depending on the number of employees “on the plan” not the employed will be charged against the retainer
• When retainer is depleted then agency has the right to continue with service with additional funds to their account
• All appointments must be solid in order to be charged towards retainer; cancellations and no shows will not be counted towards the retainer
• No administration work is done on this contract
• No ex-dates are sent to agency

Hourly blocks of time:

• Calls can be purchased by hourly blocks (M-F only ~ 6 hours maximum per day)
• 100 hours
• 150 hours
• 180 hours
• No administration work is done on blocked hours
